ConTech invites startups in the ConstructionTech and PropTech industries to apply for the 8th cohort of the ConTech Incubator
ConTech is Israel’s leading nonprofit hub for construction technology, founded eight years ago as a joint initiative between the Israeli government and the construction industry. Our mission is to drive innovation and accelerate growth across the construction sector.

The 2025 incubator cohort professional partners:
Pearl Cohen Zedek Letzer Baratz (Pearl Cohen), Deloitte, and Lesico Group
Pearl Cohen is an international law firm with offices in Israel, the USA, and the UK. The firm specializes in innovation and will provide legal and business support, lectures, consultations, and guidance across fields such as commercial law, intellectual property, and patents.
Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services firm, will be joining the incubator for the first time. Their team will offer mentorship and advisory sessions in areas such as technology risk management, financial strategy and fundraising, venture capital and corporate financing, tax planning, and government incentives.
Lesico Group is a publicly traded Israeli infrastructure company operating in piping, energy, railways, civil engineering, and large-scale construction for the defense sector. Lesico operates in Israel, Africa, Europe, and the US. Their engineers and project managers will provide field-based insights, mentorship, and offer select startups the opportunity to run pilot projects at company sites.
Program Goal
To help startups connect with the construction and real estate industries, refine their product-market fit, and gain exposure to both local and global investors.
Program Duration
The program begins in June 2025 and includes 12 half-day sessions held once every two weeks.
What You’ll Get
Expert Support:
Access proven methodologies and tools for product validation, tailor your solution to market needs, and connect with relevant customers for joint projects or pilots.
Introductions and Networking:
Meet and connect with key stakeholders from the local and global construction and PropTech ecosystem — including GCs, developers, landlords, materials manufacturers, equipment companies, architectural and engineering firms, infrastructure companies, and more. You'll also have opportunities to meet senior managers, international delegations, and present at major industry events hosted by ConTech and the Israeli Builders Association.
Gatherings:
Program participants will attend sessions at ConTech’s Tel Aviv offices once every two weeks, each session lasting six hours. These sessions include a lecture or workshop, one-on-one meetings, and group brainstorming. Working alongside other startups fosters collaboration and shared learning on both professional and business challenges.
Mentorship:
Startups receive dedicated mentorship hours in a variety of fields.
Industry Experts:
Gain access to a broad network of professionals — contractors, developers, project managers, planners, innovation managers, ConstructionTech founders, investors (Israeli and global), serial entrepreneurs, marketing specialists, and UX experts.
